As much as we would love to answer each and every question individually via phone or email, we simply do not have the available staff to be able to do that. And, if we did have the staff available to accomplish that…we'd have to charge a lot more for convention registration in order to pay those persons. (smile) So, for your convenience, we have provided a great deal of information and frequent "Questions & Answers" on the convention websites.
